Meet the Authors
Tyler and Anyssia Thornberry
Married in early 2024, Tyler and Anyssia Thornberry have been together for 8 years and consider each other their best friend. Both graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with bachelor’s degrees, Tyler in Computer Science and Anyssia in Kinesiology. Anyssia has always adored writing, starting in middle school, and Tyler has always had a wild imagination, a combination that works perfectly for them in showing their ideas to the world as a team. They live in Las Vegas, Nevada, with their two dogs, Maple and Zeus. They have a universe of ideas they can’t wait to show you, and they hope you love them just as much as they do.

Humanity: A Universe’s Perfect Lab Rat
Most infections are seen as negative – something to be eradicated immediately – until a new breed of virus was discovered. Instead of an illness, it gives the infected individual special abilities beyond imagination. The problem? Only one species exists that can’t fight off the infection: humanity. Once this immune system deficiency was discovered, the entire human race became little more than test subjects in an experiment to manipulate and enhance the infections in a bid for power. That is, until a freak accident set two Infected free. And they don’t intend to keep that freedom for themselves.
